Best weekend breaks

So I’m looking to book a UK weekend break, no more than 3 hours each way of driving from Stoke.

I like independent shops, cake (love good cake), something to see and visit like an art museum or a bit of culture (hoping not to sound too geeky)

This is for a head clear and nothing Fab related
