Couldn't see one so thought I'd post it.

How are you today, really?

How has your day been?

I've had a shitty day that lead on from a shitty weekend with Anxiety rearing it's ugly head most of the day so I'm a bit on edge and grumpy.

Whilst I'm crap at dealing with my own problems, apparently I'm a good listener so if I can help anyone, I will.

You have no idea how much I relate to the mechanics car syndrome type statement.

I've had some PTSD issues recently, which has been horrible to deal with, but I am out the other end. Somebody gave me some good advice about learning to accept I have the issue, instead of fighting it all the time. I already know this, but I needed someone who understands to tell me.

I'm ok. I hope things improve for you.

I've come to think it's just life.

Feel shit most of the time, I just try to put it to the back of my mind. It does rear it's ugly head from time to time though. Tablets for life seems to help somewhat, although it never seems to go away completely. This only started 6 years ago with noisy neighbors, but killed me inside. However, i'm dealing with it, some days better than others. I wouldn't wish this on anyone....
