How old is the oldest piece of underwear you own? What is it?

I receive far more lingerie than I could ever wear. I wish there was a place to donate unused lingerie to, but I digress.

I don’t keep most things beyond two years.

Why do you get free lingerie out of curiosity

Good question. I’m given it to wear it by certain brands.

I'm sure MrsN (mod) gave some to a charity shop, she said she saw it later used as a Valentine's display in the charity shop.

For some reason my post didn't upload, it just quoted your post.

I'm sure MrsN (mod) said she donated some lingerie to a charity shop, she said she later saw it presented as a Valentine's display in the shop.

Just show prospective underwear sellers your profile, I'm sure you'd do well the men in my Joe browns catalogue are usually easy on the eye in their undies!

Firstly I’m now appalled that I don’t get sent lingerie.

Mostly 2/3 years old…. But I do have a bra that’s 12 years old. I’m hoping my boobs might get small enough to wear it again as I really like it. I fear it may be a pipe dream though.

The oldest is a proper boulder holder of a bra. You know the sort of scaffolding that could withstand an earthquake?

It's a 48K. And I'm never getting rid of it because it's a good reminder to not go back to that size. I'm really enjoying seeing the smaller lingerie sets next to it in my drawers.

I have a pair of socks that I kept as I loved them when I was about 17, so they're 22 now. My oldest bra was bought for my university graduation ball to go with the dress, so that's 18. And I have a pair of knickers I remember buying when there was a football tournament on and they have the England flag and say "think of England". They amused me 21 years ago, and still do. I can't say any get much wear these days

Every day knickers... I usually replace yearly, bulk buy after Christmas.

Lingerie... I think my favourite sexy knickers are about 5/6 years old, they only come out for first meets so not often.

Most other things are 2/3 years, as my weight and boob size fluctuates.

Recieve new underwear far too often to warrant keeping old, it's like a constant new cycle.

Oldest pieces are probably 6-7 months old, personal stash that I don't want to let fo of yet

I've got a black camisole that's about 25 years old. It's just one of those items of clothing that's handy for lots of different things...dress/top a bit too low cut for work? Stick that camisole under it. Itchy jumper? Stick the camisole under it. Lounging and don't want to wear a bra but need a bit of support? You guessed it, camisole and pajama bottoms.

I've never found another quite like it, it's a silky but stretchy material with lace along the top, it's quite supportive, and sits so smoothly underneath other clothes.

It will be a sad day when I finally have to throw it out
