"I've always thought about biohacking as been the integration of technology into the body. Things like people putting RFID chips in their hands, which is pretty cool but not something I'd personally do. I do like to keep track of numbers like weight, heart rate, body makeup with a smart watch but that's about it. LvM" What’s wrong with the idea of RFID, can’t think of a better way to utilise that piece of skin between your thumb and first finger. "A lot that was BH is now just best practice to stay healthy Daily 1000 VitC & superfood IV and oxygen bulletproof coffees don’t IF but I do 3-7 day full fasts. Whoop 4.0 - way better than Fitbit for health RFID when it’s available Sleep hacking Last time I was in UK I visited Harvey Nichols in Birmingham they have an IV cafe now with all sorts of injectables on the menu and I think they are doing oxygen soon. Other stuff but it’s all sold legally in UK under the research purpose only umbrella for private GP and willing customers " Off to Google the IV cafe just out of fascination

"I think by the OPs definition those of us who are trans and using gender affirming treatment count as biohackers." I stole the definition off the internet so if it's not accurate I'll take the hit but I'll also blame Google a little bit.
