0. I don’t drink anything after 6 because I ( I drink 2+ litres of water a day, it’s all out by time I’m in bed) hate interrupted sleep

If I've had 3 glasses water during the day I could have 3 or 4 trips to the toilet between 11pm and 4am.

It's not as many if I drink Lucozade or Cola.
