I saw an expert talking about just this on tv. She said that certain types of fantasy (the ones which when vocalised give you that moment of pause) are actually not fantasies. They are people looking for consent to that behaviour and they would act that way given the opportunity.

Most of mine have come from dreams. And normally about the person/people in my lives. I had one recently.
