Speaking as someone in the receiving end, you have to do what’s right for it and your health- that’s number one.

But yeah, it does make a difference and I think it makes long sessions better. If it were just meeting up for an hour or so don’t bother, but if you’re in for the night then you might enjoy it and so might your partner

Don't do pop pers with using V. Something to do with blood pressure that could cause issues. I'm not a doctor so not sure why. Like every medication, there will be a huge list of potential side effects when you use it.

Exactly.But if you are on high blood pressure medication it is a good idea not to take Viagra at the same moment you take your medication. Dosages should take into consideration your weight too

Except it can be… certain conditions can cause adverse health issues, as can conflicts with any existing medication being used. Yes, you can buy it over the counter, but not off the shelf. The pharmacy selling it will ask questions to find out if it’s suitable for you. At the end of the day it’s a medical product, not a recreational drug.

I am on a series of medications for a heart condition, my consultants advice on taking Viagra is that I could suffer a stroke at best or a cardiac arrest at worst.

My advice, for what it is worth, talk to your GP or local Pharmasist as Viagra is a prescription medication for blood thinning.
