Or sex, what is a good way to stress relieve?!

Stress levels at max today and I need to relax/avoid/forget etc.

(Also don't suggest drugs or alcohol).

Eat well or something disgustingly bad but satisfying, drink water. Soak in the bath if you're the type to, get lost in a good.

Or walk up a big steep hill

Go for a drive with the music on.

Listen to a podcast or book.

Play heavy metal screamy music (I like opeth for this)

Walk round IKEA after 8pm.....don't ask it just worked a treat for me once.

Phone a friend and rant

Or if your into BDSM go for some therapy spanking! (You can ignore me on that one of course)

Media - comedy movies or TV, relaxing games, or uplifting music.

My go-to is films, maybe even go to the cinema if you can.

Exercise is the answer... Seriously.

Find something you enjoy though otherwise you'll not stick to it.

Exercise is fantastic for your mental health as well as the obvious physical health.

Can't go wrong with it x

I heard about someone having a "trouble tree" before they go in the house after work they take a moment to touch the tree and think about their troubles worries or stresses. Then leave the troubles with the tree.

Depends on what you find relaxing and enjoyable. It would be fruitless to suggest skydiving if that’s not your style of relaxing. Reading if you’ve not picked up a book since 1999.

What do you enjoy? That’s what should be relaxing.
