….what do you all use to clean/exfoliate yourself with?

A flannel? A sponge? A loofah? Just your hands?

….Someone else’s hands?

I used to use exfoliating gloves until I realized that scrubbing all the moisture from mine skin made my itching worse. Now I just use my hands.

I once read a remedy for backne that was to scrub your back with the bog brush and dish soap in the bath/shower, I’m assuming they meant a brand new bog brush. Hopefully

Exfoliating strap thingy on my back

Hands on boobies, fanny, arse and belly because they all need a lift, spread and jiggle whilst washing which is easier by hand

Hands mostly, flannel for face, sometimes the shower pouffey thingy. Have to be careful on products though, because my skin reacts easily.
