the "shoulds", the "ought tos", the "musts" and "must nots" in our lives?

Fair enough we all need to abide by the law but beyind that??? Who says we cannot do this or that or the other... why are we so bothered about what other people think about us?

I don't know that I can answer this in a light-hearted way. I'm trying to work out if the directives are things I have learnt or imposed on myself. I have a lot of rules.
