Every day around 2am I'm wide awake. Can't get back to sleep whatever I try. Go for a pee, have a wank, look around here for a bit, nothing works. Manage to finally fall asleep at 5ish, then feel like death when my alarm goes at 6.

Honest, try watching Cutting Edge Engineering on Y tube, it's this Ozzy guy repairing huge machinery like diggers and cylinders. He either welds them or lathes them but it's almost ASMR. It walks you through why he does it, what he uses, the dimensions, the measuring and so on - all in this very relaxed accent.

My pc's set to shut down after 30mins of inactivity, and I'm usually out in no time.
