"Straight men looking at bi/ curious/TV profile

Jump to newest

chester

My profile says bi curious and TV. However I would say that most people who view it are single, straight men. I'd love to know why. Is it just out if curiosity or are they not brave enough to put bi on their profile? Or are they prone to being bi but don't put it so they can potentially meet people not wanting to meet bi men?

Any ideas? X

People view profiles for all manner of reasons.

Mine states I'm looking for single women and couples, yet 95% of the views (aside those browsing in stealth of course) are from single men and TV/TS's.

Sometimes they're just being nosey.

A lot of the time it's off the back of verifications.

Other times it's probably off forum posts.

Best not to wonder why and just focus on incoming messages, as that's all that really matters.

I think it’s the latter. I know there are guys on here who are also on fabguys stating they’re bisexual with verifications, but on here are listed as straight. Can’t believe all you read on here at all.

Could it be a general search for pictures maybe & nothing else. Maybe ask some who view your profile as they'll know.

Gay men (predominantly) aren’t into TV. The old grind.r thing “no fats no fems” is still alive. So you’re gonna get down low Bi or straight who want to experiment without “feeling gay”. Don’t think I’ve ever felt attractive to a gay man (sexually) as I don’t fit the type. Is what it is. You can’t control who looks at you, but if you put tv it will be people who are into that, and in the main that’s gonna be bi on the down low.

This is why so many people view in stealth. People assume that just because they viewed a profile, they want to fuck the person.

If they message to ask for a fuck, they want to fuck you.

If they don't message..........

I fab photos of people for lots of different reasons. Doesn't mean I want to sleep with someone or even that I'm attracted to them. I might fab a photo just because of the effort someone made to take the photo or because it was someone with a really hot body who only had a few fabs and I think 'he deserves more attention than that'... Or some other reason.

That's just the same as women/couples saying TV's only and so you change your profile to say 'TV' so you don't get ignored surely?

I don't get the lies about who and what you are? Why can't people just be true to others and true to themselves.

There are literally thousands of "straight" men that sleep with the same sex and TV/T-girls on this site.

I personally don't have a problem with them doing it but the vast majority of them do it and hide the verifications.

I find the whole labelling sexualities thing pretty complex these days because so many people find loopholes lol

Possibly because bi men can get a lot of judgment from other members on here and just don't want to advertise that fact.

I'm on guys but I stopped advertising I'm bi as some people on here really need an attitude adjustment

I think a lot of men don't consider themselves bisexual i.e have an actual relationship with another man but do like having sex. Hence consider themselves straight

I sometimes look at profiles because their profile pic looks strange. Sometimes I think I'm looking at one part if the body and it ends up being another.

I can't tell you what reason each and every one visited your profile but why worry about it?

What's wrong with big guys?

But aside from the typo - they can have that preference, like any other. Their choice. So use it as a filter rather than try and change to meet what they want.

Simple.

Some bi guys lie about their sexuality so they don't get blocked from people who won't fuck bi guys.

Loads of people lie to get a fuck.

Some bi guys lie about their sexuality because they don't want to be Outed in real life. I think that's fair.

I’ll often get a fab on a pic by a profile name that isn’t obvious in terms of who it might be, so from time to time I’ll click on it to see who fabbed it and it might be a guy. Wouldn’t read too much into profile views unless they’re more regular!

How do they know what your sexuality is or what you're looking for without looking at your profile? Telepathy?

Having sex with a man doesn’t make you bi or gay

Sexuality is more complex than that

Women can have a penis and not look like what society say they should look like

Don’t label other people for them.

Why is it so bad to label someone on their sexuality why is it saying you’re bisexual is wrongv

It’s just weird to label other people for them

A cross dresser is technically a man, yet there are cross dressers on here that put the average woman to shame. Is it bi/gay to sleep wirh then?

Personally I just think it’s weird to label or even get involved wirh what other people want to call themselves

If you wanna fuck, do it, if you don’t, dont, and don’t judge others or label them, they can label themselves

It’s 2023, let’s grow up

No one I’ve seen is judging.. except for you.

Yes personality I really think you should grow up

It’s a forum page so peope are going to get involved or it would be pretty boring.. so that’s a bit of a daft statement

I think it’s actually insulting to the bisexual community no not give them their sexual preference as a label… or any sexuality for that matter.

I state I’m bi curious and not ashamed of that label my husband is straight so what.

Why does anyone have to hide their sexuality?

You really aren’t making much sence in what you are saying so I’d rather converse with people who do.

Have a great day though

Seems you can’t read

Never said anyone couldn’t have a label

Or that they need to hide their label

Or that being bi isn’t a label

Just that you shouldn’t label other people for them. They can label themselves

But if you can’t read properly, I don’t expect you to understand my message, and there’s nothing I can personally do about that sadly

Most looks I had are from straight guys and even couple of fabs of my public pic. In my mind does not really mean anything. People fab for all different reasons. I don't really fab pictures myseld but had a straight guy look at profile recently and thought will just fab his pics for fun and see his reactions as had noticed how he liked to ascert his straightness in every opportunity he got in the forums. He blocked me soon after. Not very attractive quality to be so insecure. Most people are respectful of preferences and most straight guys on here are not bothered who fabs their pics or looks at their profile and have said so in similar threads. It certainly isn't catchy

Some men don't identify as bi even if they do have sex with men. It used to vex me a fair bit, but now I don't have such a problem with it. My only real issue, as a bisexual man, is trying to work out which of the 'straight' blokes on here are game for a fumble - it's a bloody minefield

I don't know why people get upset about it.

A view is someone checking out the competition or just harmlessly flicking through the profile irrespective of my or their preferences.

I'll take a fab or a wink from anyone and will even reply to messages as it is just social interaction. just because someone winks me, it doesn't mean I'll suddenly have the urge to trip over my own shoelaces and land ass first on their cock!

Some use both. They aren’t linked. Though both look very much similar the functionality on fabguys isn’t great, and how people conduct themselves is very different. It’s also less busy (less activity). And (seems) focused on a masc on masc audience. Just my view.

You're joking, surely?

If you look at the 'hot pics' section of Fabguys, the most popular pics are of trans women. If anything, FG is leaning more towards a Masc on Fem audience. It seems increasingly to be straight blokes looking for trans women.

I'm absolutely straight, I state that on my profile.

I have absolutely no interest in men at all, not even slightly curious at all. No interest in looking at their profiles either, unless they come up in 'being near' and I recognise something in the background of interest (like a JCB or vintage tractor).

Yet because I xdress, most assume I must be gay.

It also amazes me how many 'straight' guys message me, telling me how they'd love to meet up tonight and shag me senseless
