Hi I'm just putting it out there to check how everything one is. I've been up and down with my depression recently. Just thought I'd see how everyone else is doing

Not too bad

A couple of trigger moments with my PTSD.

My mood is fine, but I am little low energy. I need meds for my ADHD. I quit smoking and the lack of nicotine stimulation is a problem.

How are you doing?

In good old Northern bird speak I currently “have a full pan on” and not in a good way

But MH wise I’m doing ok. Just keeping on swimming

Getting there. Struggling with sleep. Trying to get into doctor to get diagnosed with ADHD and autism

Hope things are on the up for you.

Personally I'm doing pretty shit. Stress from so many different sides. "Normal" depression plus perimenopausal depression and anxiety are kicking my ass

I used to have bad days .. but I realised a couple of years ago no one told us life is supposed to be happy and perfect the ideology of that creates sadness social media doesn't help because all you see is posts of good times holidays etc and you think why don't I have that ..I'm trying to be helpful this is what worked for me.. on bad days you have to break it down to basics and think this is life .. we live life on life's terms.. if it was easy it would Be pointless ..nothing is supposed to be easy .. be grateful for everyday and your health.. it could always be worse trust me

Not too well, but put a brave face on.

Constantly feeling exhausted, combined with work stress is making me rethink my career choice.

No libido is taking its toll on my mh aswell. I know that it's not permanent and there's light at the end of the tunnel, but it does seem to be a long tunnel.
