I don't think there's a set number OP, it's very individualistic and depends on how sensitive a woman is, the type of orgasm, the intensity of it...

On a personal level, I can have multiorgasms quite easily before penetration. My cunt doesn't become too sensitive. But, depending on who I'm with, obviously, sometimes I just want to be fucked after a certain point. I'm normally very good at making it obvious when that is.

Exactly that, sometimes too many during foreplay creates too much sensitivity but it is on the individual basis - a woman I fuck sometimes can have 20+ before and during but other times can be super sensitive after 3/4 and then the penetration doesn’t have the same effect but it very much depends on the person

It depends.

Sometimes I’m too hungry to have a starter and simply want a main straight away.

Other times, I want many, many small courses before the main arrives.
