Just sapped of all energy? I don't know if it's the heat or what but having to rest halfway going up the stairs and can only manage clearing up in short bursts.

Got way too much energy for this time of day (& corresponding Shift)..

Wide awake at 9am and don't start work until 9:30pm tonight !!!
