Not fishing for compliments, so ordinary my confidence is fine, I'm a big lady and I'm ok with that, however the past few weeks it's been awful, and today after a lengthy sea swim (normally helps)it's on the floor with no apparent reason, my question is how do you boost your confidence and get back on track, thanks in advance lou xx

As a couple we boost each others confidence, hopefully you can too.

Often lower mood follows cycles. It could just be you are goung through a slump.

You could try sitting and quietly contemplating if anything has actually triggered you into a low mood phase. Sometimes by just thinking it through and trying to identify the point at which things went south is enough. No one but no one can be Cheerful and on top of their game all the time. Maybe just give yourself a break and allow yourself this less than optimal slump you are going through.

Delightful Bliss

I remind myself that I am awesome. The thing that first opened my eyes to body size variety was going to clubs, no one cares what size you are, we are all awesome and should own It. We are are own worst judges and shouldn't be.

Good luck OP hope you can pick yourself up and dust yourself off before starting again

I'm not sure how best to advise others when I so often struggle with this myself.

Usually I just keep busy and forget until the next time it comes to bite me again

I hope it passes for you OP. I think we all have those wobbles. Those low moods and self esteem issues hit hard sometimes. X
