Being a former Miss Europe,Gt Britain,U.K,England,Wales etc,I have first hand experience of the body building circuit at home and abroad.

Therefore I've seen hundreds of female bodybuilders,some I found sexy some not so.

Its the same with non bodybuilding women,some do it for me some don't.

I personaly competed in the Trained Figure Tall Class as opposed to the Physique class,who are somewhat more heavier muscled.

I myself find muscular,well toned women sexy but that doesn't mean that I don't find women who don't train sexy too.

For the most part I got positive comments from women here and abroad,as they seem to appreciate the hard work,sacrifice and commitment needed to achieve a certain level.

The most negative comments came from British males,especialy the skinny or couch potato variety.

It seemed to intimidate them,probably made them conscious of their short comings,who knows.

Yet European men were much more complimentary.

Sometimes it is sexy, it depends if she's a skinny wretch with muscles or someone who has still retained her womanly curves. We met a couple off here where the miss was a former Miss UK Bodybuilding Champion and she was fit but not muscled up as she was no longer competing. Thighs to kill for though and a thoroughly nice tight box at the top of them.

But i have to agree with you, you do usually find people who give negative comments about you are people who are gealous or who arnt so secure in themselves, happy, content people dont feel the need to put others down

I quite like a well defined and obviously looked after body

I can appreciate the hard work that goes into looking like that and could do with doing a bit of the same for myself

Too big shows real dedication but for me can be a bit over the top, it is facsinating to see when they form all the postions to show off various muscle groups though

For me I prefer the fitness ladies in the bodybuilding circuit and Paul says the same. The heavily muscle bound girls just don't look right to me although I appreciate the commitment put in to gain that look. To be honest though as long as someone looks sexy then they are alright with us, not many have a perfect figure and we all have imperfections and I think that's great xxx
