A good way to cool down is evaporation, get a t-shirt, get it soaking wet (I promise this isn’t because of a fantasy) and put it on.

With a fan pointing at you, the water will evaporate and cool your skin.

The water evaporation trick is a good one, I'd recommend it too, although why waste a t-shirt? You can achieve the same effect by jumping into the shower and then in front of a fan.

Only because a t-shirt will last longer.

In this weather you can wash it and it will be dry in about an hour anyway

I'd rather be in a cool environment where I could warm up. Rather than a hot place where I have to keep cool. Although cold ballsack is only a tad worse than the rest of my photos
