I part cook the potatoes in the micro first to save time, then rub them in oil and crisp the skin in the oven.

Favourite is a prawn marie-rose filling, or just butter and grated mature cheddar.

Has to be crispy skin - micro spuds just don't cut it !

My favourite baked spud is quite simple.

Scoop out the innards, mash with butter grated cheese and spring onion.

Top with more grated cheese and then pop under a hot grill

Yum yum yum !

Now that sounds lovely. How long do you cook your tattie in the oven for and at what temp? I can't get mines to go crispy enough. Small to medium tattie.
