what's the best and simplest editing software for all the family to use i've just been looking at the free/trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10.0 online but we want to do funny pic's with newspaper/magazine background's etc

Google - Splash Up OR Picmonkey

They're websites that offer a similar service without having to download and install any applications

Try The Gimp (I shit you not !)

It's a bit hardcore for new users though.

Photoshop Elements is given away with loads of things like external hard drives etc.
