When you eat fruit, do you like it to have that firm, crispness and crunch to it or with a more soft and juicy vibe?

(yes I know in terms of fruit, hard and soft refers to the way it's handled and stored not the texture. )

It depends on the fruit. For example:

Apples, firm and crispy

Strawberries, soft and juicy.

Firm and crisp for all fruit and veg for me, not keen on over-ripe or overcooked

Peaches and nectarines need to have "dropped", plums are harder to judge I find.
