My nan’s spare room.

And given half the chance I’d do it again.

Going to the ballet that is.

What have you done that surprised you how much you enjoyed it?

I’ve actually been to three now all the Royal Ballet at Birmingham Hippodrome.

Corpelia was the first, I had no idea what to expect, but I was blown away by it. The music, the athleticism of the male dancers the skill, grace and strength of the ladies and the sound of their feet across the floor.

I’ve since been to the Tempest and of course The Nutcracker at Christmas.

My daughter performed with the Birmingham oral ballet twice

Once in Hobsons choice and Coppelia

I think everyone should go and see a ballet once in their life … opera too

Sounds wonderful that you got such a great experience. Some people shy away from something different till they try and realise how good it is. Ballet, opera, clasdical music give you wonderful experiences and hope more people were open minded to try. I love ot. There is so much Blavk Sabbath or Kylie one can have. Variety is the spice of life as they say.
