Someone took a couple of videos of me this weekend. They wanted me to see myself how they do. And... I get it. There's a certain look I gave him and I understand why he asked me something very sweet and new to me.

So, I'm going to carry on loving myself, frequently. As other people watch. I don't need to be beautiful to go and love myself.

A video or photo of you is like an artistic representation of you. It really doesn't compare to how people see you. The human eye works in a totally different way to a camera lens.

Phone lenses in particular are an AI enhanced image capture. But in short a photo or video doesn't show how others see you.
