"You find what works for you. At the minute I’m doing a 6 day push, pull, legs, push, pull, legs and I’ve probably made the best gains since I started lifting. I’m being forced to take an extended break from the gym in a few weeks and I’m going to change it up completely when I get back into it." 6 days... wow that takes me back some years to having the time for that!! Don't think I could take that now. | |||
