I know whilst I’m asleep! If I clock I’m having a lucid dream, I can control it, so at that instance I know I’m sleeping. The hard part is NOT waking up once you have realised

It’s not very often but I have triggers that make me think I’m dreaming, I seen a trick on QI to help me confirm that I am, so yeh, I can! I’ve tried flying!…Always fly real slow and lobsided!

Switched this to hulk jumps! Works perfect!! and anything sexual I just wake up!

Subconsciously is still knowing.

Subconsciously is based in reality, hence knowing you are asleep. Being a sex god is not reality.

Imagine that

I don’t remember my dreams, haven’t for many many years, so effectively I was nothing but darkness and fuzziness

But how cool would it be that this “reality” is just a reoccurring dream and your whole life whether long or short is just a few minutes or hours of sleep brilliant
