If you're talking to someone on here and you get a verification from someone else whilst chatting to them does it ever give you problems? Reason I'm asking is I only have a few but they have bought me problems with other people I'm chatting too

Can't say I've experienced that but I have heard that some people on here can get 'funny' about people chatting/meeting others if they are talking to them.

To me this is a swingers site, so it wouldn't bother me one jot. I would be happy that they were out there meeting people and enjoying themselves. I guess we aren't all the same though and I know if people who are on here looking for exclusivity.

This. If someone desires exclusive attention from you, this isn't the platform they should be on. It's a swinging site. Go to feeld or tinder or something if you're looking for sexual or emotional exclusivity.

You could be meeting every day and not be getting verified. For people to think a veri is a reflection of the sex you're getting maybe due to naivety of the site or "possibly" a reflection on the amount they are having.

Think you need to hide the summary aswell then I believe they can’t see how many you have and when they have been added. Not that you should have to if you don’t want to but it’s an option.

If your verifications are "giving you problems" with those with whom you are chatting to then they are not worthy of your time and (potential) acquaintanceship.

By all means hide your verifications, but do that for your own prerogative and not to assuage other people.

I updated my profile today to say that I didn't want verifications and that I won't give them either. I'd like my privacy. Because people on here will get so shitty about who's doing who, who's talking to who, right down to who fancies who. And I'm so fucking sick of that shit it's unreal.

Though part of me just wants to flirt with everyone to piss everyone off properly and really give them a reason to have a problem.

But I'm not that childish and can't be arsed.

Just hide the summary and the written ones OP.

That said, not all people I've met have been verified by me, not all have verified me either.

Then you just tell that one particular lady that, respecfully, it's none of her fucking business why you have them hidden. That's your prerogative. Look, you're never going to please everyone on here, there's too many mutually exclusive preferences, y'know? Some women will be turned off by public veris, while other women will be turned off by no public veris. Stop trying to jump through all their hoops and just have your profile the way YOU want to have it. That way you'll attract genuine matches and anyone that doesn't like it can, again, respectfully, do one. Okay? Good.

Couldn't agree more!! This might be an adult site but that doesn't mean that users of the site aren't human beings with feelings!

I've recently given someone I met ages ago a new veri (new profile) a women he has met a few times has blocked me

I avoid 'lampost pissing' veris and the people who give or receive them like they've got the plague!! Too much drama.

I meet someone regularly who has never left me a veri but we're at it like rabbits

I think the veri system needs an overhaul and should be a box ticking exercise, although I do have a giggle reading them.

It has caused issues in the past.

Once when someone I met was adamant I be exclusive with her despite me making it very clear from the start I wasn't interested in that arrangement.

It wasn't reciprocal either because she had 2 or 3 regular fbs and she would continue to meet those.

I had to leave the site because of the drama she created when I had coffee with another fabber.

On another occasion someone I only met once socially took great offence at me not only meeting others but even speaking to them on the forums.

We've had messages from single men wanting to meet. When I've explained we don't meet single men they've told me my veris state otherwise.

Any single male veris we have are from clubs, we don't need to explain ourselves but I can see how veris seem to be an issue to some.

We have a mix of some hidden, some on show but if we were in the same position as you op then as long as you haven't promised exclusivity, which i think is tricky on a swingers site, then I don't think she should be questioning your actions. X

OP, if you having a verifications on a website that runs mostly on verification system causes problems with people do you see where the real problem is?

You do you and unless you’re not being sneaky or double faced, or promise something to someone, like exclusivity, who cares?

My problem would be if someone cancelled on me because someone more willing/sexy/available came along but that’s on me, not really on them.

No I make sure they know I am chatting to others. Like with the "he/she knows" comment. It's not aimed at one person it can be aimed at 20. You hear it time and time again "we are exclusive", when they are actually chatting up, meeting lots of others
