If they work multiply the strategy into say 20 properties you will have around £600k in equity and £4k a month net from minimal investment - you just have to work hard..

"I'm very boring so would probably put it in an high interest account for a little while and let it build itself up Failing that, I'm dying for a new car so would use it for a deposit on that Is there anything you need OP or want to upgrade on? Or maybe you could get yourself something really nice/fancy that would remind you of the person you go the inheritance from whenever you look at or use it? Also sorry for your loss x" Thanks, she didn’t like me much, and I referred to her as “mean granny” so no love lost! And nothing I need at all, feeling like having fun with it is the way forward

Ideas on a postcard please!" I'd be mega boring & put it in a savings account!! Some fixed term 1 or 2 year ones are paying over 6% interest at the moment. If you find something you really want, you can still withdraw it, but if you don't think of anything at least it'll be increasing a little on the meantime!!
