Everyone falls off the wagon occasionally, try not to be too hard on yourself. Tomorrow is another day. If you don't mind me asking, what is ASB??

I think you should cut yourself some slack

Quitting smoking is not easy in the slightest

So you had 1 today, its still alot less than you usually smoke (I'm assuming you used to smoke more than 1 day)

Tomorrow is a new day

Keep going OP! But when you finish the remaining two, make it your goal not to procure and hide any more!

I smoked over 45 years and I came to conclusion that I wasn't enjoying smoking and just stopped.

I was going to put something supportive and nice. And then I saw how you abandoned me in my hours of need.

You can do it SS. You've done brilliantly and you can do it again.

And thank you from me too. I didn't know what ASB was either! I just interpreted it as the Anti-Smoking Brigade.

I think it’s amazing that you could have 3 hidden for any length of time!

I am also in the process of quitting.. if I know there are cigarettes in the house I can’t leave them alone.

Don’t be tough on yourself… infact my advice is smoke the other two, get them gone!! Then start fresh tomorrow!

Try not to over think it. Remember why you stopped in the first place and just place yourself back on track. You can 100% do this

Noooooooo, don't be hard on yourself, quitting smoking is hard work if you lapsed remember that's all it is, you just lapsed it's not failing, brush it off and still carry on trying, cravings usually last about three minutes and the actual smoking part is just habit, keep the habit when you get the craving just replace the cig with something else, hopefully that makes sense

Call the po po, crime stoppers or your council. I have it round here since covid and it drives me mad. Problem is everyone seems to have got used to the noise and smell of skunk so everything carries on as normal. It's funny tbh, as they usually end calling them on themselves but not after it got completely out of hand.

How long have you gone without smoking? I quit a long time ago, very long time ago. I had one on a night out several months ago and was so sick the following day. The smell was just horrible and it felt like no matter how many times I showered or washed my hands, I thought the smell would never go away. The following day, I could have coughed up a lung.

Not to sound too anal but I've made 689 ASB reports in a 4 year period, that's to the police, the housing ass and 49 of them also to the council

I get told I should ignore or move

You smoked one today, would you have usually smoked more before? If so your already winning. Take note of how you feel now, do you want to feel that again? If not, this sounds so easy :/, but.....don't smoke one tomorrow.

Then the day after, then the day after and so on.

You can do this draw a line under (now yesterday) as it's a new day today.
