Yesterday we noticed that our profile that we have had for years had been changed from “couple” to “man” we have lots of verifications clearly saying we are a couple! Anyway we contacted admin who then got back to us basically saying if we really are a couple to contact them again and they will change it back….2 messages we have since sent to admin to get this done and it’s still not been changed, what else can we do?

Give them chance to look at it. It can take 48hrs+

Your profile is showing as a single person. Has this changed or was it like this previously? I.e 2 bios him and her ? Also you have 3 pictures which are all male ? Have the fem pics been removed by admin ? Otherwise I can see how admin many have decided it's a male only profile.

Your profile is showing as a single person. Has this changed or was it like this previously? I.e 2 bios him and her ? Also you have 3 pictures which are all male ? Have the fem pics been removed by admin ? Otherwise I can see how admin many have decided it's a male only profile. "

Our verifications prove we meet as a couple, our profile has always been a couples profile for years with both our bios

One vindictive male who couldn’t take no for an answer decided to report us by LYING, surely common sense would be to read the verifications we have which PROVES we are a couple and meet as a couple before changing our profile.
