This country is broken, honestly, in southern europe they have had BBQ weather - I blame Brexit, if we had not left europe surely we would have had that weather (sodding Nigel Farage and BoJo - they owe me a summer)

Seems any time I go out in a coat (as it's raining), people are rocking around in shorts and t-shirts as if it's S. France. I did brave it a few weeks back with a jumper and hat but still felt overdressed. People are having picnics in the rain.. umbrellas are a thing of the past too
