Enduring a prolonged break due to recovery from surgery. Anyone have a coping mechanism? And I am ruling out overuse of the wrist here!!

I'm on week 7 of 12 of no shagging...went 5 weeks with only my hand and toys for company and am just getting back into "fooling around"...once I recover from the hip replacement I'll be worrying that I'll start with RSI in my fingers
