Does anyone else not have anyone to go and stays in for months crying and can’t do simple tasks

I just want to go to a movie or somewhere but I can’t do it alone and wish I didn’t feel so shitty

Therapy can help a lot if you get the right therapist.

Reading

Going on meds both hrt and an antidepressants made a huge amount of difference to me. I know meds are controversial but have worked for me and my family. Definitely an avenue to consider.
