White Christmas?

A world of my own

Christmas would really feel like Christmas if we had snow, can anyone remember a really white snowey Christmas day? Last one I remember was about 4/5 years ago and it started snowing at lunch time and stayed on the ground till next morning, we were having lunch in a restaurant near Wigan at the time and it really felt very very festive. Wonder what the odds are for a white Christmas this year?

.

Don't think there's much chance this year according to the weather forecasters. But hey they said it was gonna be a good Summer and look how that worked out.

Winters really were winters when I was a kid, cold, frosty and snowy. Even a bitter cold frost makes it feel more festive that bloody grey skies and rain! All this damp weather is playin havoc wi mi back!
