Mental Health Deteriorating.

I feel over the last few weeks, months just gradually becoming more & more down.

I’ve never hid away about Mental Health, speaking about my own Mental Health & the daily struggles just getting up in the morning, then being awake at all hours during the night.

Can’t grasps my finger on how I feel, what I want to do? Where I want to be? I just know, I’m lucky enough to being able to speak about how I feel, in the hope it encourages others to talk & feel like they aren’t alone.

Hope anyway who is reading this, I hope you’re well, if you’re not don’t ever be afraid to speak out!

Well done for raising it and speaking out mate. Majority of people go through this at least once in their life but social media is great at portraying everyone’s life to be perfect, because of course we all want to only show our best selves off. I think the biggest thing that helped me and my own mental healthy was acceptance. Accepting life will go through cycles, of being great and being shit and ultimately when you realise you can’t control if the shit happens it’s more about how you deal with it, it makes you less anxious or disillusioned about everything. You could have the worst day of your life today and in 4 months time a real highlight so it’s always worth just trying to push through. Bad day not a bad life and all that. Sending love pal

I don't know where to go with this, other than to say I'm back in that dark place I hate most when it's so overwhelming that I can't grasp anything either - literally, as I have a form of synesthesia that manifests it as a debilitating physical pain in my hands. Running on empty too long. Thanks for the thought though.

Great you speak out about it and it’s important more men speak out too!

What I found is getting a purpose in life helps, also goals are good too.

Always here if anyone needs to chat about it

Hugs to those who are suffering and well done to those who can talk about it and seek help.

I can and do talk about it but unfortunately does not change my view point that being here is totally pointless and without purpose

If I didn't care about hurting people and if I was braver I wouldn't be here but somehow I have to carry on for others if not for me.

Very brave to speak out. I believe social media has lots to do with these issues. Too many opinionated people. Lots have struggles and dont discuss them and its surprising how many of my friends have issues and i never realised

Battle with it all the time at the moment and it's crazy what triggers it. I not sure this site helps as it questions your worth. My trigger at the moment is work and after working so hard to improve and now not knowing what you actually are, where you belong, what your value is. Sometimes is a struggle, find a result everyday and recognise what you have done. MOT

Depression and anxiety are so common now there really shouldn't be a stigma any more. Get help. This can be so hard when you are in the depths as everything seems too be to much. But hang on and better days come. Reach out for professional help at this point so you don't go back down.
