While I'm not averse to a nice pair of norks, I think that particular part of the paper should have been binned in the 80's.

Although, the little bit where the "model" supposedly comments on issues of the day was always a hoot!

Never seen the issue of tits at breakfast as a bad thing.. Most kids see topless women on the beach while on holiday, so if they caught a glimpse, but it is the parents responsibility to police that.. If it goes? No big deal, I don't buy newspapers..

I just feel sorry for all the teenage boys out there who in my day would have had a wank over a pair of tits of any type found in magazines like Parade! These days it is a common site and even as a swinger, I lament the passing of modesty..

It's outlived itself tbh, and it really became a joke when they started accrediting these girls with idioms far beyond their intelligence. Read the caption on Page 3 that Stacey, 23, from Basildon is supposed to have quoted and you can see clearly that there is no way THAT girl said THOSE words.

Careful, someone will be along in a minute to berate you for daring to say that just because she gets her puppies out in a paper, is 23 and a modal, doesn't mean she can't be highly intelligent and well informed!

But they do seem to find these highly intelligent and well informed boob models every day. There's an awful lot of them.

Let them berate me then. Any intelligent person knows full well that the quotes attributed to Page 3 girls did not come from them. Some of them may be intelligent, it would be stupid of me to suggest that they're all total airheads, but I feel 99.9% certain that they don't say the things that appear with their photos.

I'm looking forward to end of the Merdoc press full stop though unfortunately I think it will be some time before that happens. News papers will disappear in their print format altogether eventually.

Page three has past its sell by and really should go... Actually I'm not that fussed as I seldom by a paper and never The Sun...

Don't read it but I think its sad page 3 is going. Sam fox or linda lusardi's rack where often the first pair of tits a young growing lad would see (other than shameful glimpses of your mum/sister). In the 70s and 80s before the internet or sex education in school page 3 was a rite of passage!

I remember once (Years-Ago) i picked it up thinking it was another Brand of Newspaper.. and just left it on the kitchen Table for Hubby and just afterwards - The Relatives Started to Arrive for Sunday Dinner.. Even my Dad asked me if had Bought This Shit Newspaper.. Mortified - i said No - it was Delivered to the Wrong House !!!

correct with some of its less enlighten readers actually believing it and voting for a certain party on the strength of it and then it switches its alliances and gets the other side in under Blair.
