Have you had the opportunity to play with someone …. But didn’t for some reason or other

Then look back on the situation and think fuck ! I wish we had

Yep in a club, the guy was inexperienced and was nervous, we wished we'd invited him into a room to watch us, we would have enjoyed it, and hopefully he would have as well.

A few times yes. I look back now (even though I try not to dwell on the past) and think what a crazy fool I was, on many many occasions. Now I would jump at the chances I past in my younger more active days.

If it didn't happen ay the time, and we never bothered to rearrange, it clearly wasn't worth pursuing.

In a club another Tgirl offered me a lift back to my hotel. It was within walking distance (in trainers around 15 minutes, in heels more like 25 minutes ) but around 2am in Blackpool is a dodgy time walking as a guy never mind in Steph mode.

As I was coming out of the toilet the female from a couple grabbed my hand and asked about joining her and her boyfriend in a room. I must admit I did think about it, but turned them down as I was tired and a bit d*unk, even though they were both very attractive.

Yes I bloody well regret that decision endlessly

Only when in a monogamous relationship, don't regret being faithful though

Nope. There's normally a valid reason I don't have sex with someone.

Not all of those are immovable - if I've wanted to at a later date? It's always happened.

Not quite what you're asking OP but I had a "nearly"...

At Uni a girlfriend split up with her bf and then she went back to Asia. Her ex invited me over for dinner which he cooked and it was lovely... Wine, candles, lots of flirting. But neither of us wanted to make the first move. Kinda in respect for my friend / his ex.

It got late, I left; but at the bus stop, I turned back and his grin was ear-to-ear when he opened the door....

Mmmm she was right, it was like "Corn on the Cob"... Remarkable... I can't see one now and not think of him...

Many times but nothing to do with them down to my lack of self confidence and esteem.

Yes, a long time ago. Had a boyfriend at the time who didn't treat me very well, quite emotionally abusive. Was at a club in Cardiff and he was meeting me afterwards but got chatting to an absolutely lovely man in the club where things i know could have gone further. But ever faithful me met my boyfriend afterwards. It ended not long after. I still bump into 'lovely' man who is still lovely. And married.

Once at an event

We looked back and wished we had

But I ( male )

Would rather we look back and wish we had

Every once in a while

Than ever look back and wish we hadn’t

Not a fuck, but as a shy awkward teenager a really nice lass I thought was just being friendly couldn’t have flirted any harder with me when I was in the Sixth Form, over an extended period (like we’re talking weeks), but I was too bloody naive to see it.

There’s not reading signals and there’s NOT READING SIGNALS.

Only years later looking back did I realise that it was SO much the latter and she was definitely the girlfriend that got away!

When I was still at school I let myself be put off meeting a girl by some other lads. I always wonder….

I missed a couple of chances at Uni.

One night during my first term, I somehow managed to end up back at a flat with two girls and a bloke that were obviously all into three/four way fun. Despite a very clear invitation to join them (so clear that even I couldn’t miss it), I just bottled it and made my excuses.

And, towards the end of my last year, a mate’s girlfriend came on real strong one night. She was pretty determined, but also pretty pissed, and I didn’t want to be disloyal to my mate, so I let discretion be the better part of valour and slept on the sofa. They split a few days later and I never saw her again.

Nope because the ones I wanted to meet either didn't see me that way, friendzoned me or chatted and then gave me the silent treatment when someone new and shiny came along

I simply regret not taking chances when I was younger at school/college when I actually had confidence. Haven't had any chances potentially come along since then lol.

To flip it ( apologies OP). I didn’t take the chance and im glad I didn’t - before I became a pro musician i was sooooo into a girl who really never gave me the time of day - no interest whatsoever- i became a professional musician and she was all over me like a primark shirt- i hadn’t changed at all - just made me totally rethink things.
