Are you going to tell us why last night was so bad or do we have to guess?

Don't take this the wrong way but less than 48 hours ago your son was missing. Is the fact that he is safe and well not enough to put a smile on your face for a little longer?

As someone else has already said try looking at the good things in life rather than focusing on the negatives?

sometimes things happen. and in past have said why me etc..... but when you sit down and really think about life in general there really are worse off people......makes me think how lucky we are even when things dont go right from time to time .. keep smiling makes you feel btter!!!

Don't be sorry, different things in life get us all down in different ways. It's only once you have gone through your worst moment in life that you see how less worrying your last problem was, each problem surmounts the last ......... the ultimate worry for me (and most everyone) is death so I keep smiling and appreciate those things I still have.
