It’s four months till the end of this year.

What’s a goal you have for yourself for this period of time?

How are you faring with your goal/s generally?

How do you keep yourself disciplined?

Finish the third part of my Japanese course. It’s going slower than I wanted - changes in circumstances have messed with my routine and my motivation.

It's all about clubs now, got a lot of firsts to experience and I'm looking forward to enjoying them with friends

Need to lose some weight, I think I can lose 5kg by the end of the year.

I’m going to make more progress with my writing too, it’s quite enjoyable when it works although frustrating when nothing comes out.

What are your goals?

Single figures is my ultimate goal.

Is that realistic in 4 months… probably not

Oh god. 4 months. It's reminded me of the various monthly goal threads where I say the same thing each month and don't do them...

Chipping Norton

Get the Christmas tree in good time.

Try some new recipes rather than making everything up as I go along. And attempt another serious assault on the mysteries of American style barbecue.

Sort out the odd sock drawer.

Stick some wine in the fridge for tonight.

Is "live my life with as little stress as possible" a goal? That's it. I have no other objectives.

Having lost 4 stone in weight in the last year my goal is to keep the weight loss going.. if I lose another stone by Christmas I will be happy. Need to start by tracking what I eat and getting back to exercise

My goals for the year have been totally overturned this week, so I'm seeing it as an opportunity to set new short term goals.

What these could be? Not sure yet, another week and I'll get my plan on track.

xx J
