I'm surviving on about 2-3 hours sleep and then chasing around after a 1 year old all day. I don't drink tea or coffee, can't drink fizzy drinks. What can anyone suggest to give me a boost? I don't even have the energy for a sex life anymore and I love sex

Only real answer is to find time to sleep, but if it was that easy....

Chocolate might give you a quick boost of energy, or maybe try power naps when the little one naps?

Boo's World

To be honest you could try every "cure" in the book. None of them really work, it is something you will get used too in the end unfortunately. This is why so many parents are knackered.

Doesn't stop from the day they're born right through the years.

Early nights where possible will make you feel more human.

I used to use it on night shift, it only seemed to kick in at the end of my shift so I was awake for hours when I got home

Best thing is to sleep when they sleep even if it's a nap

Raspberry lucozade, it's not fizzy. But if your 1yr old naps, nap at the same time, 3-5 used to be our afternoon session

He only naps for about 25 minutes a day at the moment, just enough time to try and eat in peace lol

I know the feeling. You can't even think anymore. Enjoy it as the child will grow and you'll miss those times.

Ask grandparents to take the baby for a night so that you can get a break, go out with friends.
