Thats what you get from a few hrs out on the mountain bike in this weather !!

Only stayed local, but boy was it muddy ...

loved it

Did a 20 mile route yesterday, absolutely filthy when i got back.

I'd had a cold earlier in the week & thought i was OK but obviously not, a route that is only 20 miles & 1700ft of climbing wiped me out completely.

Must get fitter!

Didnt do many miles at all , but all miles at the end of the day, slogging through mud on a single speed

I rather stupidly took my 33lb all-mountain bike rather than the lighter xc bike, just had the rear shock serviced and wanted to see how it went. Its amazing how a simple cold can rob you of your energy.

Trails are horribly boggy on the tops right now as well
