Hello all I'm Paul. Who would be up for getting to know me. I'm 36 from Southampton. I'm a ex soldier who has depression and PTSD.

I use weight training as a therapy.

I'm currently training to become a strong man. One day I will compete. If you like this please message.

I won’t message you fella as I’m sure I’m not your type (and vice versa) but I do thank you for your service to the country and hope that you are able to overcome the depression and PTSD in time and move on positively with your life.

I hope the weights work helps with your therapy but don’t let it become the one and only thing that helps in that regard.

Good luck my friend and have a Fab weekend

+1 to this , keep it healthy and beneficial, a torn bicep or hamstring is a painful and major set back.
