Oh I've thought about this so much over the last year

I can't kist it all .. because CBA but:

Good sized dungeon...with appropriate dungeon vibe...with good selection of equipment, with a the straps etc in working order and a good mix of house toys.

A decent outside area/ shelter - townhouse outside area is perfect

Good Aircon

No more buffets - just a guy making fresh toasties to order is perfect

Music... decent bloody music

But generally speaking music I think the music should fit the vibe ( so may mean different music in different parts of the club) , not too much music by the same Artist / band, no weird remixes,no live recordings

And not too loud...

Have seen a old hotel that would be great to make in to a club and for me I am thinking more a different feel per floor eg kink and a dungeon and such on the bottom floor and then going to couples and maybe groups and such until maybe it's a free for all on the top floor lol I don't know just a thought

Oh yeah keep some of the rooms for guests to stay in and themes for each floor maybe hmm have maybe a big bar and I guess a little restaurant in the middle for food and drinks stops

Probably controversial but a camera room. There’s so many good pics could be taken at a club but no cameras/phones allowed. Just one room that you can’t enter without giving consent to your pics being taken.

You can hire clubs but then you’d have to arrange for loads of people to come. It’s sounds like too much effort.
