I don't watch Corrie but there was no other actress that could have played Deirdres mum,she was perfect

a very plush appartment off junt 7 M5

It is sad, she was a real northern doll

But on a realistic note, her lines were not hers but the scrip writers

Hope Ken learns to be funnier now but I wont hold my breathe

I didn't realise till last night that she played Derdrie's mum way back when Derdrie was married to Ray Langton (god showin my age now). A brilliant actress, very sad indeed. God bless her.
