Not for me but I do a few cat-cows after boxing and squash as part of stretching. I do something similar called qigong for focus and clarity but it’s no way near as stretchy.

I tried pilates but I was crap at it. Couldn't balance and do the different poses etc. I've heard it's very beneficial but it's not for me.

I've found that it is a form of torture.

.

I do. Mainly because it helps me clear my head a bit. Also because a friend gently nags me if I'm not.

It's really helped with my flexibility. And my mind (esp around that time of the month).

Ive heard good things but dont know enough about it. The handful of times i have tried it, its felt like its been labelled yoga but felt a bit superficial and plastic and was just so the instructor could get the girls into downward facing dog.

Go to a reputable yoga studio. You will find it a very different experience

What do you pay for a proper session?

I do yoga and meditation...some what infrequently...I should do it more.

It's good for clearing the mind...I do feel better for doing it.

I try to do yoga everyday. I can get back pain easily from work. But it helps with so much more. I also try to incorporate it into rounding sessions with my meditation practice, it makes my meditation so much deeper and sometimes more peaceful. I really notice if I haven't been able to do it for a couple of days

Yoga, meditation and breathwork.. I absolutely swear by it. Helps calm the busy mind, gives energy to the soul and brings a balance to my thoughts.

I completely agree. I attend a Yoga and meditation class and I feel completely relaxed and full of positive energy afterwards.

I really enjoy it, Yoga keeps me fit, flexible with and a clearer mind.

I do yoga every morning, couldn't manage without it. I've never really enjoyed classes, but since I started practising at home it's been a game changer.

The added flexibility is just a bonus

Plus it is a mindset, coupled with knowledge, insight ,learning, pondering you find your notch

" most important espect is Breathe in deep, deep, deep,Exhale "

I just do a couple, I'd have to look up the names, for tight hip flexors that cause me hip ache. They work a treat.
