Cycling creatine allows for the maintenance of higher creatine levels as the body will try a seek homeostasis. Possibly descresing production of creatine if used in a long cycle. So most sprint athletes will do 3,1,3. 3 weeks on 1 week off and 3 weeks on. Some may even do a long loadng cycle before hand but let's not over complicate it. And research what would best for your needs. | |||

I would do it for 10 days then leave it off for 20 but increase red meat then repeat rather than doing the maintenance 1/2 dose all month. I think you get more impact this way and muscle that stays much longer. It was creatine helped me from benching 90 to 115 | |||
