I'm talking about Sausages obvs .

Now obviously different kinds of Sausages suit different dishes but in general if you could only eat ONE flavour Sausage forever, what would it be ??

My faves are nice thick Cumberlands. So much flavour. But that does depend on the quality. I'd rather pay a bit more for ones that don't have loads of fat oozing out as they cook

Hello, gosh I'm not quite sure how to take this... Etc etc.

Anyway, I don't know what the French put in their standard pork sausages, the long straight ones, but they are usually excellent, although we were paying €1 each for them this summer which is a little steep when you enjoy more than one at a time.

I would say a standard 'butchers choice' style pork sausage would be my choice as it's the most versatile, sandwiches, casserole, penne arrabiata, pasta and sauce, a fry up, hotel breakfast, bbq, baked beans are all improved by the addition of one or more humble bangers.
