"Hello, gosh I'm not quite sure how to take this... Etc etc. Anyway, I don't know what the French put in their standard pork sausages, the long straight ones, but they are usually excellent, although we were paying €1 each for them this summer which is a little steep when you enjoy more than one at a time. I would say a standard 'butchers choice' style pork sausage would be my choice as it's the most versatile, sandwiches, casserole, penne arrabiata, pasta and sauce, a fry up, hotel breakfast, bbq, baked beans are all improved by the addition of one or more humble bangers. B" Sausage Sarnies with Ketchup | |||
