I used to be very big in highschool and college. Then I made a big change. I had the pecs, the abs, and maintained around 14-18% body fat year round and would cut further for the summer. I gained a lot of confidence.

Now I’m back to being chubby, the muscle definition went but the confidence stayed

. I do miss the gym and rigorous routine though. I just don’t have the 2-3hrs a day for the gym anymore and I like dessert too much.

Also I see my metabolism is very different at 30 than it was at 20!

Let's feel the collective shame for not giving a sh*t about doing something essential about losing the weight were not supposed to have.

I'm sure there's lots of other things "we" could be positive about, but an unhealthy load isn't one of them.
