So we have just spoke and would like to try and pick up another couple in everyday life and not on a swinging site or a club .ie. At a pub or out and about.

Any other couples done this? Tips would be great

What could possibly go wrong?

Take it steady, test the water with a bit of innocent flirty stuff, see how they respond.

But remember, not everyone is into sexual liberation with third parties so read the signals with care!

This happened to us randomly on holiday in St Lucia. We all got chatting at the bar and really hit it off then went back to theirs for fun in their plunge pool. It was hot but meant doing the walk of shame at 6:30am still dressed for a night out as all the workers were arriving for work

I can certainly see the appeal but it sounds pretty risky to me. It would be a bit strange to be approached by a couple in a pub even if they didn't want to go as far as having sex with us.

The way we were approached once was the woman headed Mr N off and the guy sort of separated me. It was like hunters dividing their prey

. We both knew exactly what their game was but played dumb and they lost interest.

Another couple were just very friendly and we shared drinks but we were on holiday, hadn't discussed meeting other people while we were there and had no way of knowing if each of us was interested. So we were polite and friendly but made sure we brought things to a close.

Its happened on holiday and during a couple of hotel stays in London. We just get chatting to people and enjoy their company, however briefly and sometimes it develops into more.

Tbh I am always chatty with random people, so I wouldn't mind someone striking up a general convo but I realise that is not the norm.

We do that as well and when I first approached Paul in a coffee shop I had no idea what swinging was but over dinner a week later he was very open about it, and now here we are.

I met a really lovely couple last night, in the Chalkhill Blue pub, opposite the Travelodge, Andover. Got chatting, really friendly and she suggested we should meet again. May have been totally innocent - but it got my brain whirring. Looking forward to my future work in the area

We nearly did this, we were somewhat soft swinging after quite a few drinks, wife was under a cover with the other guy (clothed next to him), I was playing a card game with another couple and his GF at the table, was sliding my hand up her leg slowly, it was clear my wife was already doing something similar then he just totally kicked off and killed the night!
