No it's not. It's really not. I love sriracha. Hot, bajan (that's important) chilli sauces.

Do you know what I really like? Good quality mayonnaise. I like the delicious blandness of it. The way it pairs easily with things. It's not too funky (like salad cream). Always there when you need it. Reliable. Mayo can't be beaten.

I like salad cream a lot, I actually had some in my ham sammich at lunch time. I also love it with boiled ham and mashed potato. I never eat ketchup but do like mayo as well. Also corned beef hash, baked beans and salad cream.. I'm having cottage pie later and that has salad cream on the side.
