"Sorry seems to be the hardest word... How often do you hear folks say mealy mouthed things like... I'd like to apologise I express regret Dodging the point... If you fucked up... Just say sorry amd move on. " Sorry isn't just a word, it's also an action, of amending your behaviour otherwise it's just empty and shallow

"Too fucking often. The word sorry immediately gets my back up. A proper apology, expressing that they know how and why what they did was wrong or hurtful, with a plan to do or be better in the future, doesn't need that pointless word that only exists to soothe the conscience of the person who did wrong. Generally, if someone just tells me they're sorry, my gut reaction is "No, you're not."" I agree that you have to mean it, which means you’re not going to do the twattish thing again. Talk is cheap. As for the word, it’s a good opener to get people ready for what you want to really say next. If the word itself already gets the hackles up, that’s an extra layer of difficulty to deal with but most people wouldn’t guess.

"A corporate and business apology means fuck all. The closest they are sorry for is how it reflects upon them. Regret for the decision they made which hurts their reputation and income. There is not a business past or present, nor future that is truely sorry for anything they have said or done. They would have continued getting away with it guilt free if they would not have been caught or challenged. They are often then also too spineless to stand behind a decision at times, and bend to the will of their damaged reputation to gain favour again. " Yup!! …and their “get our jail free, card” is “lessons have been learned” …I’m waiting for those NHS “managers” who let a murderer go about her day, murdering babies, say that to any TV news crew stupid enough not to question “which lessons, and what did you learn?”

It means nothing to the people who have lost children to that despicable c£nt!! You were grossly negligent and there will be months of record redaction and accidental deletion to cover arses before an inquiry finds there were systemic failures which have now been addressed but can’t isolate any individual or group who they can hold responsible. Sorry.. not like me to explode but this one really boiled my piss
